They are on the internet. Location is in Oregon. I am also from the Northwest and trying to locate the "perfect" agency. Good Luck.

This was a first as USUALLY guardianship take 2-3 MONTHS even in Calcutta. Once in a while it takes only 4 weeks. I love the age I recieved my daughter. It was perfect for me. By the time I got her she was sleeping though the night. Wendy

I adopted from FANA, South America. Babies at FANA are referred at age 4 weks old, and then you travel the following week. I just lurk here, because my best friend's daughter is from Calcutta, and they used FCVN.
