priscella, I've sent of the materials for PLAN (Plan Loving Adoptions NOw) and they have a very affordable program in India--I believe it was through a Children's House in Calcutta. They are on the internet. Location is in Oregon. I am also from the Northwest and trying to locate the "perfect" agency. Good Luck.

You are very unusual to get a child so young. Recently 2 people using Dillon got their children at the ages of 2 1/2 months and 3 months. This was a first as USUALLY guardianship take 2-3 MONTHS even in Calcutta. Once in a while it takes only 4 weeks.

I love the age I recieved my daughter. It was perfect for me. By the time I got her she was sleeping though the night.
