homestudy vs postplacement
Hi there,
I was wondering can you get a different agency to do the post- placement visits than the one that did the homestudy? I'm just wondering if we moved or something what would happen? Thanks Julie |

I don't know for sure, but I can't imagine that would be a problem. At ichild there is a paper that you can fill out to do one yourself, so I can't imagine that a different SW would matter....
but of course, I don't know for sure...anyone?

Changing agencies for post placement
I moved to another state ( a ten mile difference) while waiting for assignment of my daughters. The agency I started with was not licensed for homestudies in the neighboring state. They referred me to an agency which was, and this agency did a small update of my homestudy before I sent my dossier off to India, and it also did all of my post placement reports. Changing agencies did not seem to be a huge problem.
