notary question
Hi everyone,
I was wondering when I notarize my statement of infertility, do I need a notary to meet me at the doctor's office, or can I take my doctor's signed statement to my own notary? What have other people done? Is it hard to find a mobile notary? Thanks! Julie |

Most doctors have someone in the billing or front office who is a Notary.
This should not be hard to do!

Our Dr.'s office didn't. Technically, I should have brought a notary with me to the doctor's office (some areas have traveling notaries, but I wouldn't know where to find them here). However, the doctor called the town clerk and explained the situation, confirmed that she signed the document and then I brought it over to the town clerk who signed off on it. It wasn't exactly the way it is supposed to be done, but everyone knew everyone personally.
