Sorry you can't find a social worker. We have assisted Americans in the past who worked for large international companies there. You might try getting in touch with their personnel departments.

A home study without personal visits with you in your home would be a sham and is also against all licensing and accreditation standards.

Keep trying and I'm sure you will succeed.
