Anxiety disorder and international adoptions (esp China and Guatemala)

Since then I've taken Prozac regularly, and have had therapy to learn cognitive methods for dealing with anxiety. When I take the medication, I am essentially asymptomatic--and I've taken it consistently (except when trying to get pregnant, at the advice of my dr., during which time I had relapses that went away as soon as I returned to medication). My therapist has offered to write a recommendation that says my prognosis is excellent and my treatment is effective, and she thinks I would make a great parent. I've worked as a part-time nanny before and teach young kids for a living, so I guess I have some "proof" of competence. I'm wondering if these countries (or if not, any others you could recommend) might consider me a fit adoptive parent. Also, is there anything "special" I can do to make my case better for adopting? Thanks!

Personality disorder, meds and adoption

Don't be discouraged.
