Time line for I 600A approval in Portland, OR

Does anyone know how long the Portland, OR INS office is taking to process I-600As???

I don't know. Is there any way you can call them? They should be able to give you an idea of the turn-around time.

The dates/processing times on that site are notoriously inaccurate and not updated very often. There are very few offices that have a published phone number (I didn't see one for yours) so your best bet is to email (luckly there is an adoption email) or make an INFOPASS appointment. Personally I would email them, or have your homestudy agency contact them. yakima.adoptions@dhs.gov
