Hello,
I need to get ahold of Denver USCIS office. The email they give out is broken and bouncing back all emails. I can't find a good phone number for them and I need to speak with someone from that office. Please can anyone help? The address, no matter how typed is Denver.adoptions@dhs.gov

You can't call that office directly...you can try to leave a message for someone at the main USCIS number which is 1-800-375-5283. That is the number for pending cases. If you need to drop off forms, you have to have an INFOPASS appt - which you can make online. After 9/11 - they are hard to reach for sure!

I just checked the USCIS site and it showed denver.adoption@dhs.gov with no 's' on adoption

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!! See what a letter can do???? That is what the first lady I called gave me from USCIS... was probably a mis understanding! Anyways, thank you so very much for catching that!! After a year of doing this, my heart and mind are both shot!

If it doesn't work (though I am praying it does!) I agree that probably an INFOPASS appointment is your only option. USCIS has become totally impossible to get through to - at any office - the last few years.

Actually, its office policy that all adoption emails must be answered within 2 business days. However 45 days must elapse since you turned in your application before you will get a response back. Adoption officers are busy people.
