adding a child to existing approval
Hi All-
I have a question I hope someone can help me with. If a family is approved for two children but they want to add a third child to that approval- what do they need to do in order to do this? I tried to look this up at uscis but could not find an answer. Also- is there a fee to add a child? Thanks!

You need an update letter from your homestudy agency approving you for 3 children. This update is submitted to USCIS. Sorry, I can't remember if their is a fee associated with this update. A new I-171-H would need to be issued so it is likely to have a fee.
