Newark, NJ finger printing

Does anyone have experience with USCIS office at Newark, NJ? We have 1:00pm appointment for finger printing on 11/16. Should we show up at 1:00pm or come earlier ?

Smile We did

Hi,

We had our Fingerprinting two times over there. Both were relatively easy. We had to drive and park in a paid parking lot and I'd suggest you be there to reach there atleast 15-20 minutes before your appointment 'cause usually there's a line, and you have to fill some form (in my memory, when u climb up the stairs, they will hand a pad and form and pen and you've to fill it out). Then they give you a number, and it's usually very fast!!! We finished ours both times within 20 minutes!!!!

Good luck,

Thanks wannabamom. Great info! We will be there at least 20 minutes earlier.

I will be going to the Newark office also. Thanks for the advice. How long did it take to get your I-171 from Newark?
