Home Study Question??
Hi,
Could someone please tell me how long the Home-Study is valid for, in New Jersey ?????? Thanks,

02.17.06 -Application recd. by USCIS 04.11.06- Sent in Home-Study for I 171-H 05.09.06 - Finger Printing (FBI) for I 171-H Sometime Jun- July 2006 - I-171H From then on..... Too many things happening..... Long.......Long......Long.. adoption process

Each state is different. Your homestudy agency will be able to tell you the validity period in New Jersey.

1 Year in NJ, not sure if you can get an addendum if the 1 year is approaching or if you have to get another one.
