Fingerprint Question
My dh and I were fingerprinted on 9/7/05. My mom (age 72), who resides with us, had her arm in a cast and could not be fingerprinted; she subsequently had surgery and has metal pins in her wrist with a rigging for stability. No telling when the hardware will be removed. Anyone out there have any experience in requesting a waiver based on the fact that we do not know when (if ever) she'd have the wrist mobility required for fingerprinting? She's the proud owner of a state-certified good conduct letter!
