INS approval in MN
Anyone from Minnesota recently received INS/BCIS approval? I was on the USCIS website and it said as of June 16, 2004 they are processing I-600As from January! I hope this isn't right. We had ours sent in April and our homestudy was sent in the middle of June. We were told the wait would be about 3 months, and 30 days after the homestudy is sent in. At this rate though, it will be much longer...

Wow, this worries me. I'm in MN too, and we're just about to have our fingerprints done. Our home study should go in next week. Are we really looking at a wait of some months? Our home study worker told us it would be a wait of about 40 days after our home study arrived with them. You sound like you're more familiar with the process so far.
