I have heard of people bringing their I600A in person to INS and being fingerprinted that same day. Does anyone know if this is true for the NYC INS office? I can take a day off to go into the city and hand deliver it but if they don't fingerprint that same day when you do that its not worth taking the day off.

Hi Dawn, check out the info on the website:
http://uscis.gov/graphics/fieldoffic...ffices/alpha.. or call Mr. Hernandez at 212-264-5262, but you can only call on Wednesday between certain hours. Call the # and it'll tell you what times. Too bad today it's wednesday, I'm sorry, I wish I saw your post earlier. Hope this helps. |

Thanks for the answers. I did also just find out yesterday that they don't do that.
