ISO Birth family - Male - Born -March 1969 Elmhurth Illinois
I am trying to locate my birth mother or anyone who may know her or her family. She was an artist in the Chicago area. Possibly a student at the Art Institute. She was about 20-25 years old. I belive her last name was spelled Blisniak or Blizniak (I think). Her first name may have been Donna. The adoption was through an attourney. I was born in Elmhurst Memorial Hospital located in Elmhurst Illinois on March 2, 1969.
