stepparent adoption help

hello I was needing help in adoption.I have 3 children that has lived with me and my wife their real mother for since 2001 ages are 16 14 and 11 they have not seen thier father for 10.5 years and was wondering how we go about this . he doesnt pay support and she was in an abusive relationship he took off with a married women and left her when the 11 year old was 3 months old. thanks
