Illinois SEARCHING FOR BIRTH FAMILY
LOOKING FOR BIRTH MOTHER /DAD I WAS BORN ACCORDING TO BIRTH CERTIFICATE 05-15-1960 IN ILLINOIS IVE BEEN SEARCHING ON AND OFF FOR SANGAMMON COUNTY BUT HAVE HEARD THAT COUNTY IS WHERE THE CAPITAL IS WHERE RECORDS ARE KEPT SO THAT MAY BE REASON IT HAS ON ADOPTION PAPERS DATE OF BIRTH COULD BE WRONG TOO. I WAS BORN WITH NAME BABY GIRL WILMA (THAT HAS CHANGED TOO ) WHITE FEMALE STRAWBERRY BLOND BLUE EYES AND NOW LOTS OF FRECKLES . ADOPTED THRU CATHOLIC SERVICES AND TAKEN TO INDIANA FOR ADOPTION NON-IDENT INFO COULD BE WRONG TOO MOTHER 16 BORN IN MARYLAND WANTING MEDICAL INFO IF NOTHING ELSE IF ANY SOUNDS FAMILAR -CAN E-MAIL ME AT lknight@cityofmountainhome.com
