Searching for Birth Family: 8/28/61
I don't have much info. I was born in Chicago on 8/28/61. I was supposedly adopted from Catholic Charities (st vincent's) but there is no record (non-identifying) at CC for me. I have an Illinois birth certificate signed by an attending physician named JE Kavanaugh. I have no court records or anything.Any information is appreciated. I would love to meet my birthfamily and thank them for giving me a second chance in life.
