Adoptee Searching: DOG 8/28/61
I have very limited info. I was born in Chicago Illinois and supposedly adopted through Catholic Charities. CC has no info on me although my mom always insisted I had been. She said it was through St Vincent's. The attending physician on my birth certificate was JE Kavanaugh. Sound familiar?? I have no court papers; nothing but an Illinois birth certificate. My adoption was finalized in the State of Missouri.
