Dear Debbie,
Not sure if you're still out there or not I'm Female born approx. Oct/Nov 1975, don't know hospital...all I know is that I was adopted on 12/31/2004 from the Elgin, Illinois Dept. of Children and Family Services. Email: sss0604@securcare.com thanks, Christa
