Insight and guidance
Can anyone tell me if they have had success in identifying and locating aparents based on non-identifying information? Also, I see a lot of posts that indicate the adoptee and aparents have rights to ask for non-indentifying information about birthparents, but can birthparents ask for the same regarding the adoptive parents? I am considering asking for this information but I have no idea how helpful it will be considering my son is turning 19 next Wednesday. I am sure the information is old. Thank you.
