All we know is where my husband was born and the agency. We were told it was to a young girl, but we are not sure. We are seeking siblings and health information and family in general, but will take just what knowledge we can get. He was adopted on the 30th of July in 1951 and Ruth Borkue or something signed the agreement for placement and Hester Chapman I believe was the witness. I do have a birth record number it was something they filed on 2/21953 as a certificate of birth that has the adoptive parents names on it. I believe he was refered to as ralph, but that could have been someones pet name of another child at the home at the time. Born at 3:34 AM it says. William Ewald signed the cerficate as the MD. on the 21st of december. We tried billing out the application to get at least medical information but never heard a thing back. Anyone out there looking for a blond with blue eyes?
