girl born 12-20-85, Spingfield ISO birth mother &/or family
I was born December 20, 1985 at St. Johns Hospital in Springfield, IL. My birth mother supposedly checked into the hospital under a fake last name, Collins I believe it was. When she left she left a music box in my crib. It was a bernstein bear that played peek-a-boo with you while playing "it's a small world."
