Today is my BD 11-13-64

Today is my birthday and like the past 38 birthdays, my wish of being reunited with my biological parents doesn't come true.

Born at St. Anthony's Hospital in Rockford, Ill.

Please if anyone or know someone who has information that could help me, please contact me immediately.
