Seeking Birthmom: Female born 4/30/68 in Chicago
Female born April 30, 1968 in Chicago at Illinois Masonic Hospital seeks birthmom.
(However, my birth certificate says Cook County Hospital - I believe it is wrong.) Adoption went through private attorney. Don't have any other information because parents burned papers w/info to symbolically "seal" the fact that I was now their daughter.
