Adult Adoption/Adult Orphans
Hello, I came to the adoption.org site looking for information on adult orphan adoption, but there doesn't seem to be a section for it. I can't seem to find any information about it through web searching either.
The situation is this: I am 28, and an only child, and I would like to have a sister. An unusual circumstance, I am sure. But other than my parents, I have no close family; and when they are gone... well, you get the idea. Perhaps there is someone out there who is in a similar situation who would want a sister as well. I don't really know, but that's what I'm looking to find out. If anyone has heard of this before, please message me, or post here. Many thanks!
