Lightbulb New forum on adopting/fostering teens?

How does a new forum get established? I'd like to suggest a forum for fostering and adopting teenagers. Right now, "older children" seems to refer to anyone over two years old. The issues can be very different when dealing with high school age kids. Any support out there?

I agree! Maybe divide up by age groups? 2-4, elementary, pre-teen and teen. They all have different issues.
