looking for birth family in Canada
I am searching for my birthparent I was born in Quebec City, Quebec. I do have my adoption decree that was filed here in the United States(Iowa) and believe my name was Joseph Gontran Vincent. I do have the Youth
Center in Canada working on searching for my parents. Does anyone have any other ideas that I could try I have registered on several registries. I was born on May 4, 1955 at the Misericorde Hospital in Quebec City,Quebec and know that my parents are from the Bas-St. Laurent region of Quebec. Please help as my Mother is now about 76 years old and my Father would be about 80 years old so time is very important. Ricky Wenke
