How do i find medical records of birth parents?
I am looking for information on how i would get the medical history of my birth parents. I do not wish to contact the birth parents i simply would like medical information. Can any body help??

As far I know, medical records are confidential. I wouldn't be able to look at the medical records of MY parents (unless they showed them to me)... and I'm not an adoptee. I guess you'll have to contact your birthparents and ask permission to view their medical history. If you want no contact with them, you could make this request through an intermediary such as a lawyer or a volunteer searcher.

Pa has a medical adoption registry where the birth parents can give you medical history without your contacting them-I don't know what state you are from-but if you look under vital statistics for your state you might see the same information available.
