introduction
Hello everyone,
It is nice to meet you all. I wanted to introduce myself. My husband and I moved to Kingwood about eight months ago. We love it here!!!! I have two biological children (adults). They are a daughter 21, who next month will be 22. She is married and making me a grandma in late August. HOORAY!!!! I have a son that attends college in Northern Caliornia and he is 18.My husband and I spend most of our time together reading, attending musicals, and traveling, that is a few of our likes. I love to craft and my new adventure is scrapbooking. The reason or one of the reasons I am on the forums is to educate myself more. We are in the process of foster/adopt. We have requested two children under the age of two. We will see what happens. We still have the last homestudy appointment on February 24,2007. According to our CW we will be liscensed. But I feel, I am going to hold back until it is official. I look forward to meeting others and learning from their experience.

Congrats on the move and on being a "soon to be" Grandma! I am not in Houston, but my bdaughter is...in Kingwood
. I noticed there was a new post thought I'd take a look. That's wonderful that you are looking into fostering/adopting....what an amazing journey you have ahead of you! Again, Congrats on the soon to be New Grandbaby and keep us posted...does she want a boy or a girl??? I'm sure just like most parents...myself being a bio mom of three... ...she will be happy just to have a healthy baby. Sorry for butting in....best wishes!
