New to the Group

Hi everyone. I just wanted to introduce myself since I am new to all of this. My name is Laura and my husband John and I have decided to adopt a child from Guatemala. We are really excited and cannot wait to get everything moving along. I know we are going to learn a great deal from this group and I hope that we will be able to give something back as well.

Welcome! This is a nice group...with families currently in the process, and 'old-timers' like me who have our children home. All questions and concerns are welcome and know that you always have support here!

We are just starting out with this also, and wish you the best. Try to get started on the paperwork gathering as soon as possible. It will save you in the long run. Denise, mom to Zachary and hopefully his brother next year.
