Hi! My husband and I have a daughter from Vietnam. We want to adopt again and because of the possibility of Vietnam closing we are considering adopting from Guatemala. My husband is unsure because he feels our daughter would connect better with an Asian child. I don't believe so.Does anyone have children of two different countries? What are your opinions? Has being from two different countries affected either child. Has there been any issues?

My children are from different countries, and school age. It has made absolutely no difference where they are from to each other. You might find that if you adopt from guatemala, your two children will even look like each other, as Mayan children look very Asian!
