Wow... I'd pull out my teeth for $20! My son was also older and in first grade when the first one came out, and we did $5. I like the golden dollar idea. I think we'll do that for the others.

Wow! $20?? Not in our zip code. The TF leaves $5 for the first tooth and $2 for the others. My son was started losing his teeth later than most but he seems to be developing a pattern. He lost his two bottom eye teeth in a three day period and his two top front teeth are loose now. I think the TF needs to find a second job!!

The first tooth was a gold dollar coin and after that it's still a dollar but I've done all dimes, all quarters, dollar bill, mixture of all etc.

We do 1.00...Brooklyn just lost her 3rd tooth on the bottom none on the top yet...she is 6....she was THRILLED with a dollar....No 20 dollars here...I enjoy watching her being thrilled with the little things in life! I cant imagine if we started 20 dollars for tooth....what that would lead to for other big events in her life...truthfully for Brooklyn just losing the tooth is such a delight for her! Makes her so happy she cant stop smiling!! Beth in Idaho
