It's True! We are OUT!
After a rough two weeks, we got the notification yesterday that we are approved! The adoption is complete We are a family, complete for the first time in years and years ( over 5 1/2 waiting for this adoption to complete).

Now, we start the next excrutiating wait for CNA to compile the file for Renap. Will we, or will we not be home for Christmas is the big question... It will be so close, that I don't want to get my hopes up, but I so LONG to be home for the holidays after missing out for so long.

Lawyer fired and new one hired. Abandonment granted Jan 30 '08. Received abandonment decree March 18 '08 Praise the Lord!
Oct '09 Adoption approved by family court!
