RENAP info.??? X-Posted
We went into RENAP today. My attorney wasn't very clear, but talked like we would go into RENAP in our child's birthtown and end up at the central branch in Guatemala City. Can someone explain the process and is there any new contact info. that I need???

Congratulations on moving int RENAP!!!!!!
yes the files will be submitted in the child's birth town's RENAP. Once it is approved, it will be sent to the central office in Guatemla City- they will approve too and then the BC is official and you can move on to the embassy process. I think before all the slow down, this process was taking 4-6 weeks. Love and hugs, Deb
