OT: Food allergies? Celiac? Vegan?
Just wanted to get the word out about a new blog that I have started on healthy recipes that are free of the top 8 allergens, gluten-free, and vegan!

Thanks for posting. I have Celiac disease. I think your blog is a great idea! How do I know which recipes are gluten free? I just glanced quickly. It looks great so far!! Amy K, NJ

no one in my family has any food issues that i know of. your blog and website are so engaging. i really took time to investigate. i'm sure i'll be back. congratulations on a great venture.

Thanks everyone for the encouragement! We are really excited about it and having a lot of fun.
To answer your question, all the recipes on the blog will be gluten-free, vegan, and free of the top 8 allergens. You always need to check the ingredients lists on every food you use, but all of these recipes use only ingredients that are free of all of these things! We will keep the posts coming...it is new but we plan on posting a few times per week. We also have a book coming out next fall with 200 recipes called Welcoming Kitchen. Thanks and Happy Cooking!
