Gloria called yesterday!!
I decided to send the letter to Gloria (Isabel's foster mom) at the address we had from the embassy, hoping she was still there. We left our address and phone number hoping she might be able to let us know if it arrived. She had her niece call (who speaks English) yesterday while she was with her, and she got the letter!! She was so happy to get it and apparently hadn't gotten the ones we tried to send through the agency over the past few years... so I guess the agency's unfortunate closing due to the economy was a small blessing in disguise. I now have a way of contacting her and we are all so excited she called!! AND our baby rolled over yesterday. A good day, a very good day
