heritage camps

has anyone attended any heritage camps? i'm looking at the ones in colorado.

in addition, would love to find a family language camp for spanish. does anyone know if anything like this exists. just thinking it'd be fun to go to camp for a week with my child to learn spanish.

thanks for any input.

I have not been to the heritage camps, but have my eye on them.

There is a Spanish Camp in New Hampshire every summer for a week. It is at a girl scout/boy scout camp. They recommend for kids over 5 years and families. They do all levels of Spanish. I do not know how good it is as we have not yet been. If you want more info, pm me.

Check out the Concordia Language Villages in Minnesota (I think). I believe they do family language camps.

Good luck.

Bonnie,
We can not go this year either. Maybe we will see you there next year! Looks like a gorgeous location.

Have you thought about Spanish immersion

school in Antigua for you and child in lieu of US camp?

Antigua is world-known for Spanish immersion programs -- I did a 1-week school while I was waiting and enjoyed it a lot. There are Antigua schools where parents and children can both do classes...
