Leaving for mission trip in 12 days
I am leaving for Guatemala on the 30th. I was so excited when I signed up for this 6 months ago but now as time draws near I am becoming nervous and apprehensive. We will be in Rethaulhleu for 9 days. It will be in the 90s and muggy. I have a difficult time in heat so I'm worried about getting sick. Anyone have a great idea on how to stay cool? We will be doing a lot of physical work outside. ANy other suggestion would be great too.

I have seen fans and electric cooling coils that go around the neck to keep you cool. Search online. THats what I would take!

Frog Tog...best thing I have ever found for heat. I play a lot of tennis and in the summer in Atlanta it can be very hot.
You put this rag in icy water and then put it around your neck, it is amazingly cool!!!
