Name change on COC
Hey! I have not been on the site in quite a while. I hope that everyone is doing fine. I dropped the ball after bringing my daughter home in 2007. I need to get a new Coc with her name change and a US passport and forgot all I know about doing this. Can anyone help? I would appreciate any advise that you have.

It is USCIS form N565 to get a new COC in her new name. Let me know if you need help with the form.
