Project Oz - 2003
We adopted a girl from Project Oz adoptions (which is no longer an adoption agency) in 2003.
Our daughter has recently been diagnosed with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and we know that she was referred to another family who declined her because of "medical reasons". I am looking for information from anyone who may know of our daughter or her situation from 2003. Thanks, Becky
