COC is here!!!!
After having some communication problems regarding Nicholas's COC, it arrrived!!! Yeah! It arrived 10 months after we applied for it.. We are making a trip to the statue of Liberty to celebrate!

I understand how thrilled you are. It took us a year to receive ours! My dh and I cried when it finally arrived in the mail (Of course, I have cried at EVERY stage of the entire adoption.)
