Did anyone hear that they seperated? What happened? I feel bad for the kids, 8 kids in a divorce, that would be so hard for them.

I think it is just a rumor at this point. I watched the finale last night and nothing was said about it. It was clear that she wanted to continue with the show and he didn't but nothing was said about them separating. I have read it on rumor websites though but they have not released a statement to my knowledge.

Kinda funny someone posted this because I watched the show for the first time yestreday and my first thought was, 'gosh, they don't look like a happy couple'. Maybe it was just the episode.

Well with eight they've certainly got their hands full. I'm sure it can be really stressful, especially having so many so young in age. I'd heard the rumour also.

Apparently, he went out a couple evenings when he was at his mother's and the press reported it with people questioning his activities. If you noticed, he commented about not being able to just be "Jon" and being seen only as "Jon and Kate plus 8." I'm sure the rumors will continue to circulate. I just hope for their sakes and the sakes of the children they can strengthen their own relationship.

I also think it is still a rumor at this point. He was photographed in his mother's home town at a couple of bars posing with young female fans. They are on the internet. The reports said that he was quite drunk and making some comments about Kate being a nag, and them divorcing, etc. He also attended a college co-ed party and that is what really seemed to spark the controversy. There are reports that he is still at his mom's house, that they are separated, and that that he was affectionate with some of the college girls, etc. They even interviewed some "witnesses" who thought his behavior was out of line for a married man with children. This is only what I have read online and I have no way of knowing how true all of it is or not. Just passing it along in addressing the topic of the thread. I'm sure that is what he was referring to last night on the final episode. He seemed angry and embarrassed to me. It could be over the top gossip and maybe he was just posing with fans. I did think he looked like he had a few too many in one of the pics - maybe just a bad pic. I guessing that it would probably be better wind down in another venue. Going to a college co-ed party (I believe it was a frat or sorority party) probably lends itself to problems.

A little off topic but still Jon &KAte plus * related. I was scanning through channels last night and caught a scene of them at the vet's office picking up one of their dogs. Apparently the dog ingested a small toy horse that had to be surgically removed. I got so upset about the poor dog, I couldn't even watch it. I used to watch them every now and then but she is just to bossy and obnoxious for my liking these days.

I am not a fan of Kate, and I can only imagine the stress that being filmed so often has on a family. The "weird" thing is that when they were this normal, struggling family, they were very watchable. Now that she is such a diva and you know that TLC is providing everything to them, it's hard to relate. She cuckolds Jon so much too....I have heard the older girls really resent being on the show. I hope that they stop doing the show and can work on their relationship (and I don't have to see Kate anymore!).

Um, loveajax? Please tell me there is another definition to "cuckold" that I don't know! Because the only definition I know - or can find online - is that you cuckold your husband when you sleep with someone else and your unwitting husband raises the other man's child! From what I have heard they are separated and thats why they ended the show and started a new family...but it all could be rumors, who knows...

Diane, that is so funny!!! I am not even sure why I used that word....What I meant to say is that she is always sort of belittling the poor guy!!! haha! (I'm always mixing metaphors and using the wrong words for something!).

I think she meant "henpeck" -- of course, there's another word for that, too, but I won't use it here!
