IR3 # Number and another question
I am trying to file in MN on my own for name change and MN birth certificate. My son came home on an IR3 Visa.
Question 1: On one form from Miller Davis it asks for the IR3 visa number which number is the one they want? IV Case Number Registration Number Passport Number or the long list of numbers in black on the bottom of the Visa that spans the whole Visa? Last question On Form F135/5154 from MIller Davis On the back it asks for the Attorney name, Firm, Address, Telephone and Registration number- What do I put there? I only have our attorneys name from Guatemala. DO I put the adoption agency information? Or leave it blank? Any insight is greatly appreciated Thanks is advance, Joan
