DH and I think we are flippin hilarious with the nicknames we call Owen and Ian. Here are some:

For Owen: O, Owie, Prince of Darkness (on bad days), The Prince, Sugar Bear

For Ian: Ian Bean, Ian Bee-an, Honey Bear

For both of them, when we're talking about them, as in, "Are you picking up Cheech and Chong or am I?" I actually kept myself up laughing in bed last night thinking about all the stupid stuff we call them (and we think we are soooo funny). For them together:

Tweedledee and Tweedledum
Frick and Frack
Pancho and Lefty (Shannon's favorite)
Watson and Crick (science dork reference there)
Ponch and Joe (CHIPS reference)
Laverne and Shirley (my personal favorite)
Thelma and Louise
Joanie and Chachie
Bert and Ernie

Holy cow, I crack myself up! Good thing I think I'm funny, I'm sure no one else does.

He still has the softest smooshiest cheeks in the WORLD!!!! He actually got the name Bean b/c he used to shake the house from jumping in his crib upstairs when he was a baby. He LOVED to bounce and boy oh boy, was that kid ever fast!

Oh, GOSH! Where do I start?

Sam: Sammers, Samurai, Honey Bear, the Sam Jam man...

Luke: Lukers, Lukie, Bugaboo, Little Koala (he clings to me like one!)

Those are just a few.

But our biggest, and by far most used is paczki (pronounced "poonch-key"). It is a Polish jelly donut!!

Neither of ours are of the jelly donut variety any longer, but it just fits them. And Tony is Polish.

Also, I have been known to call them "munch munch" or "munchie" for munchkin, or what I do to their legs!

My oldest daughters name is Isela, however she is the size of peanut so everyone calls her "minnie"
My youngest daughters name is Elina, but everyone calls her "Nina".
Funny thing...my best friend had a baby the other day and they hadn't decided on a name before the delivery....finally after "he" was born they picked the name Elliott. I like the name, but said "what nickname will you call him?" She said, "Elliott".
