OT:Daytona beach area??
We are planning a vacation this summer to Daytona beach. We have never stayed in Daytona, but we have driven there for the day from New Smyrna. We are looking at condos and trying to make sure we pick a nice one, oceanfront! I have found several good deals and very nice units in Daytona beach SHORES....what is the difference in Daytona beach and Daytona beach shores???
Anyone familiar with this area who can offer some advice on a nice condo or anything helpful?? THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!  CC

We actually have a condo in Daytona Bch shores and go every year almost. Its called Atlantic Terrace. Its very nice and they have either 3 bd and its ocean front and right by the pier. Daytona Bch Shores is pretty close to Ponce De Leon lighthouse. Just a few miles from downtown Daytona. There are all kinds of condos through there and you may want to check The Oceans to there are like 12 bldgs of those

We go to New Smyrna Beach every summer. We stay at the Pelican. It is fantastic. I personally like New Smyrna Beach better than Daytona because it is much less crowded. Have fun.
