Hello Forum Friends
I wanted to take a moment to update on our family. We can home with DD in late August just after she turned 2. She is really doing well and seems to blossom every day. She LOVES her Dadddy and 2 year old brother so much. She loves her older (22) brother so much I told him he might not be able to go back to college after Christmas break b/c she would be so sad. My Dad was diagnosed with lung cancer about 2 months ago. Although he is going to get chemo he is not really doing well. It has been really busy with things for him. For those that remember my nephew that was hurt badly in an accident and spent 3 weeks in a coma--he is great!!. You guys are great. Keep cheering each other on. Blessings Karen

Hi lady. I am so sorry to hear about your Dad. Please know I'm praying for his recovery. At the same time I'm so happy to hear that your precious daughter is doing so well as she adjusts to her forever family. With all the ups and downs of this crazy journey, I sort of feel like we have gone through combat together.
 Please PM any time you need a shoulder. I am always cheering you on!
