Way OT- I need cupcake help!

Hi Friends,

Whoever would have thought I would be posting about cupcakes on the Guat adoption forums but here I am.

My son volunteered me to make cupcakes for his school bake sale tomorrow. I just made a batch of those cupcakes in the ice cream comes. They look so cute!

Now....the question.......how ever do I transport these to school? They are the flat bottom cones but still they do not stand up very steadily!

Has anyone made these and if so...any ideas how I can transport these to school so they arrive in one piece?

Thanks so much,

Diane

This is a bit labor intensive but you can re-use it again for next time.

Get some sturdy cartboard. Draw and cut out holes (the size of the icecream cone)

Put your cupcakes through the holes and set the whole thing in a box so it won't slide during transport.

We use a bunch of "party cups" -- those plastic beer cups from college days. Drop each one in one and you're set.

They're a bit trickier to get out, though, depending on how they're frosted.
