Where to send G-884?

Im getting ready to send off the G-884 for both of our boys. The port of entry was Charlotte, NC, and our local field office is Charlotte, NC. But, I remember hearing/reading that this should go to the Buffalo office?

Can somebody tell me to which office I should send the G-884? Charlotte or Buffalo?

Your G-884 has to go to the office which has the paperwork. USCIS now moves and stores the files differently. You need to email and ask them who has your child's file. Email child's name on entry and the A#, which is from the COC or also on your passport/Visa.

they usually respond in 24 hours.
