Paying a fee for the G-639??
Has anyone had to pay for the copies when requesting the G-639? It says on the form that they can charge you for this.

Don't know of anyone who has had to pay any fee.

They will contact you before the copies are made so you know what it is. I heard form my senator's office that they really typically charge for large files (over 250 pages).

Most federal agencies don't charge for FOIA requests--too much trouble for too little money.
