Antigua of course. You need to go see some of the ruins around there.Make sure you go to the artisins market while you are there. Also we hired a driver to take up to the cross over looking Antigua. You get a great view of Volcano Agua. But we loved lake Atitlan. It was breath taking! We stayed at the Atitlan Hotel and the grounds were goregous! I would love to go to Tikal!

for me and my wife, tikal was the best! we did this on our visit trip and spent 5 days in the tikal/flores area and then 5 days with our little guy in guatemala city. we flew into guatemala city and then took a connecting flight to flores- we stayed two days in the park and then two days in flores. we wanted to be sure we spent enough time since it's not like we will go back within the next few years. i really liked how we spent two nights in the park because we got to see everything!! we didn't need the two nights in flores, but it was nice to hang out in this small town and go to some nice dinners.
